His journey into this field began in July 2004 when he completed his Acupuncturist program at the Institute of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Acupuncture (Canada) and earned his professional Acupuncturist certificate from the Chinese Medicine and Acupuncture Association of Canada (CMAAC).

Subsequently, in February 2006, he completed his program in Traditional Chinese Medicine from the Ontario College of Traditional Chinese Medicine (Toronto) and he earned his professional Chinese Medicine Herbalist certificate from CMAAC.

Expanding his expertise even further, in July 2014, he obtained a Bachelor of Medicine from the Henan University of Traditional Chinese Medicine (China).

Completing his qualifications, in March 2018, he received a Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioner and Acupuncturist, General Class, from the College of Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioners and Acupuncturists of Ontario (TCMPAO).

Ahmid has called the city of London his home since 1987. He has a deep appreciation for the outdoors and nature. He also finds a strong connection with the Creator, especially during his travels, often exploring the vast expanse of Northern Canada, which he considers the world’s largest backyard.
