With a diverse background encompassing nursing, massage therapy, and herbology, Ahmid has dedicated nearly 19 years of his life to helping people in the City of London.
Learning about alternative approaches to achieving and maintaining good health has been profoundly instrumental in facilitating my own healing and awakening.
Steven is a passionate and dedicated Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) with a deep commitment to helping individuals achieve optimal health and well-being through the power of therapeutic touch.
Founder of the Gdanski Chiropractic Clinic in 1973, Dr. Allan J. (Ted) Gdanski retired in 2023. A leader among Canada’s health care professionals with a passion for helping others through Chiropractic, Ted provided exceptional service to his patients in London and mentored many Chiropractors in his own practice and throughout Canada and the U.S.
Dr. Allan completed his educational requirements at the University of Toronto, North Lake College in Dallas, Texas and at the world-renowned Parker College of Chiropractic in Dallas, where he received a Bachelor of Science degree in Anatomy and his Chiropractic Doctorate degree. Upon completion of his 2 year clinical requirements at Parker University, he was accepted to participate in a clinic abroad program at the Universidad de Ecatepec in Mexico City, where he continued to diagnose, adjust, and recommend courses of treatment to patients to correct the musculoskeletal system, and to restore and maintain the function of the nervous system. He is competent in conversational Spanish.
Dr. Allan focuses on remaining current on new developments by attending seminars regularly. His continued studies include courses in Chiropractic Philosophy, Chiropractic Neurology, Applied Kinesiology, Pediatrics, Nutrition, Extremity Adjusting, Acupressure, and Activator. He also received the benefits of working along side his father, Dr. Ted Gdanski, which is ‘another degree in itself.’
Certified by the chiropractic examining boards of Ontario and the United States, Dr. Allan is a member in good standing of the Parker Alumni Association, the Canadian Chiropractic Association, the Canadian College of Chiropractors, the Ontario Chiropractic Association, and the Canadian Chiropractic Protective Association.
“My purpose is to introduce and spread chiropractic throughout the world to people who have never experienced chiropractic, by teaching that chiropractic allows for a greater expression of life, thereby enabling you to be greater than you currently are, so that humanity expresses itself to a greater potential.”
When not in the clinic, Dr. Allan enjoys spending time with his family, biking, roller blading, boating, snowmobiling, and exercising. His passion for the chiropractic lifestyle is evident and he’s always eager to share his knowledge.
During his time at UWO, Dr. Curtis faced daily struggles with headaches, mistakenly believing them to be a common occurrence. However, a minor low back injury prompted him to seek chiropractic care, which fundamentally transformed his life. After just a few visits, his headaches began to recede, his energy levels surged, and he experienced an overall sense of well-being. Eventually, his headaches vanished entirely, his posture improved significantly, and even his chronic low back pain became a thing of the past.
Dr. Curtis emphasizes that while chiropractic care is often associated with neck and back pain relief, its true essence lies in enhancing the health and function of the nervous system. When compromised, this system can impact various aspects of one’s overall health. His personal regret is that he endured reduced health for an extended period without knowing that a solution existed. Consequently, he has dedicated himself to educating as many people as possible about how modern chiropractic care can offer relief, sparing them needless suffering.
In addition to his 17 years of practice in Canada, Dr. Curtis has had the privilege of practicing internationally, collaborating with esteemed clinics in The Netherlands, France, and the USA.
Outside of his professional life, he cherishes spending quality time with his family: his wonderful daughters Cali and Cailyn, his lovely wife Cassie, and his loyal canine companion, Louie.
His journey into this field began in July 2004 when he earned his Doctor of Acupuncture from The Chinese Medicine and Acupuncture Association of Canada. Expanding his expertise even further, in July 2014, he obtained a Bachelor of Medicine from the Henan University of Traditional Chinese Medicine in China. Completing his qualifications, in March 2018, he became a Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioner and Acupuncturist, General Class, recognized by the College of Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioners and Acupuncturists of Ontario.

I studied many of the modalities that help me throughout my own journey because they work so well. I am now truly blessed to be able to share these modalities, knowledge, and experiences with each and every client.
I have been practicing holistic therapies for many years now, and my intuitive abilities help to augment and guide each session.
My approach is from a place of love, peace, and good intention. My belief is that, given the right supports, creating the proper mindset, and by clearing blockages, the body has the complete ability to heal itself from any form of ‘dis’ease.
To book please call or text me at 519-494-3338.
